Okay ladies & gents, this is the post I've been dreading. I hate having to address my fitness (or more truthfully, lack-there-of), and how I need to get back on track.
Now, I'm not a huge person by any means, but I've definitely become supremely lazy and have some problem areas I'd like to work on.
I don't know if it's that "winter blah" that's got a hold of me, or the fact that I've just neglected it so long, but I do know it's time to get back into the gym & putting in some work.
QUESTIONS FOR YOU!
1) Do you work out? If you do what are your favourite routines or machines?
2) Do you use a protein powder? What kind do you use/love?
3) Any advice for someone trying to get back into a good routine?
