I've decided to change things up a little bit and the tab formally known as "Goal Setting" will now be called, The Challenge.
I'm a sucker for a good "30 Day Challenge", though, I can't deny, I almost never follow through. I decided for 2016 I'm going to TRY!
The Challenges will all be for 30 days (or the month), because, let's be real here, you can't make a challenge TOO drastic too fast, or if you're like me, you're setting yourself up for failure.
I'm going to set each challenge up each month and the end of a recap post. I'll recap the previous challenge and share with you my next challenge! If you want to participate, that's awesome! I'll be posting updates to my challenges on Instagram, Facebook & Twitter, so if you don't follow me on all my social media accounts, make sure to get on it! I'd love to have some support and interaction on these challenges!
Since it's January and every new year deserves a clean slate I've decided my first challenge will be health & fitness related.
The Challenge for the next 18 days (I know, this one is a little late, but even 2 weeks of better choices should make a difference!) is this:
- Less eating out (because sometimes things are out of your control, and I don't want to feel like a failure and give up), and if I have to eat out, choose better menu options
- Making healthy choices with meal prep and food planning
- No beer (this is going to be the hardest for me, I love that delicious beverage!)
- No soda (I don't drink a lot of it, but I need to lay off this nasty habit!)
These changes are a lot for me, but I'm going to try my hardest! Will you join me on my quest for better nutrition?
